The primary purpose of this position is to perform routine, recurring vehicle dispatch and record keeping duties between base activities and Vehicle Operations. Receive, process, plan, schedule, and assign personnel and vehicles to approved vehicle requests. What You'll Do
- →Receives requests for motor vehicle transportation and/or taxi service from customers.
- →Coordinates with customers for projections of recurring transportation requirements.
- →Prepares and inputs transactions/files into appropriate systems, such as the OLVIMS MODULE and, when necessary, the CE trouble call/work order system.
- →Inputs data to ensure accurate visibility of capabilities and support limitations.
- →Uses varied and advanced functions of word processing software to create, format, modify, edit, and print a variety of letters, reports, memos, and other textual documents.
