You will serve as a Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor of NAVAL STATION.
What You'll Do
- →You will establish deadlines, priorities and work plans to subordinate staff.
- →You will ensure the appropriate number of resources are allocated to successfully complete work and projects.
- →You will keep higher level management abreast of meeting timeframes and status.
- →You will direct, assign and distributes work for all employees in the Maintenance Administration Section.
- →You will ensure efficiency of work operations by assessing processes and procedures or issues such as excessive costs and low productivity of the shop.
