Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Big Bend Sector, Targeting and Intelligence Division, located in Marfa, TX. - →As a Mission Support Specialist (Generalist), you will assist in providing direct advice and guidance to employees as well as develop and modify administrative program work methods, approaches, or procedures for delivering effective services.
- →Duties and responsibilities include: Providing direct advice and guidance to USBP employees at headquarters and throughout the sectors, and developing new or modified administrative program work methods, approaches, or procedures for delivering effective customer services.
- →Preparing reports with data from internal data sources as well as Agency automated systems for regular and one-time informational needs by senior managers.
- →Preparing and conducting the agency's invoice reconciliation process; preparing local records management and assisting with producing various fleet reports.
- →Assisting higher graded specialists and supervisor with managing base pay, premium pay, overtime, and leave entitlements and administration.
