Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, Miami Sector, Mission Readiness Operations, located in Pembroke Pines, FL. Additional selections may be made to include other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.
What You'll Do
- →This position starts at a salary of $79,533.00 (GS-11, Step 1) to $103,399.00 (GS-11, Step 10) with promotion potential to $123,927.00 (GS-12 Step 10).
- →As a Mission Support Specialist (Workforce Management), you will perform duties such as: Processing personnel-related actions including promotions, reassignments, or changes in working conditions.
- →Assisting supervisors with managing base pay, premium pay, overtime and leave administration.
- →Researching and analyzing data to make recommendations and resolve problems including complaints, grievances, and arbitrations.
- →Preparing briefs, project papers, reports and memos involving personnel issues to foster understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations.
- →Identifying, evaluating, and recommending appropriate human resource interventions to resolve complex interrelated human resources problems and issues.

Requirements
