You will serve as a MISSION SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the OFFICE OF THE JUDGE ADVOCATE GENERAL of OSTC.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the primary liaison for all incoming contacts and maintain a positive working relationship with all personnel, callers, and visitors.
- →You will answer incoming phone calls and inquiries from visitors, using discretion to screen and refer calls and visitors to staff and attorneys accordingly.
- →You will be responsible for maintaining records and files in accordance with prescribed regulations and policies.
- →You will be responsible for submitting various weekly, monthly, and annual reports as requested.
- →You will conduct initial quality assurance reviews of case/client files to ensure all documents are complete and meet legal regulations.
