Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations, Laredo Field Office, located in Laredo, TX. Additional selections may be made for other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.

- →This position starts at a salary of $92,971.00 (GS-12, Step 1) to $120,865.00 (GS-12, Step 10).

- →In this position, you will strengthen the Department's ability to perform homeland security functions by becoming a valuable member of a team of administrative professionals.
- →Typical work assignments include: Developing Project Development Request (PDR) documents and describing projects and developing supplemental explanatory material.
- →Implementing and coordinating programs and activities requiring qualitative and quantitative methods.
- →Reviewing existing evacuation plans and developing changes with local safety and security committees.
- →Ensuring internal and external building security integrity are maintained and resolving issues.
- →Overseeing the implementation and performance of new or modified IT and phone systems, equipment, software or procedures.
- →Developing program policies and recommends changes to internal procedures as required to meet workload demands.
