This position is located in the DEA, Detroit Field Division. This position(s) primary purpose is to support the Detroit Field Division's General Service Unit Chief, providing overall planning and administration of programs, oversight and leadership to GSU in support of Division leadership.
What You'll Do
- →As a your typical work assignments may include: Mission Support Specialist Performing administrative support service to include, but not limited to, Records Management, Privacy Act, official mail control, postal management, forms management, correspondence management, reports control, and record keeping.
- →Performing human resources liaison services support, such as preparing requests for personnel actions.
- →Managing division fleet services, including vehicles timely maintenance, service, repairs, supplement equipment, and documentation.
- →Responsible for the Division's personal property management, logistics, and inspections and internal controls functions.
- →Performing functions related to the Division Task Force Officer (TFO) program.
