Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, Havre Sector HQ, Sector Intelligence Unit, located in Havre, MT. Additional selections may be made for other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.

- →This position starts at a salary of $50,460.00 (GS-07, Step 1) to $80,243.00 (GS-09, Step 10) with promotion potential to $80,243.00 (GS-9 Step 10).

- →The Mission Support Specialist assists in providing direct advice and guidance to employees; developing and modified administrative program work methods, approaches, or procedures for delivering effective services.
- →Duties and responsibilities include: Assisting in providing direct advice and guidance to USBP employees at headquarters and throughout the sector and independently coordinating the work of the assigned office for all administrative duties to include budget, inventory, property, fleet, workforce management, workers compensation, payroll, and travel.
- →Completing monthly purchase card statement reconciliation.
- →Scheduling bulk fuel deliveries; receiving invoices in Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP); and arranging for payment on the bulk fuel purchase card.
