As a MISSION SUPPORT SPECIALIST, you will provide a variety of services essential to the direction and operation of OCFO, assist in administering policies and procedures, provide advice, guidance and instruction to staff concerning various actions.
What You'll Do
- →The responsibilities described are for the full performance level.
- →At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope performed with less independence, and limited complexity.
- →Applies policies, procedures, and practices concerning all aspects of travel, reimbursement for travel expenses for all orders and vouchers within the employee’s assigned area(s).
- →Supports with projects relating to building facilities including access, safety, building modifications, repairs, alterations, and reserve space.
- →Responsible for all assigned office/employee assets, such as office equipment, employee credentials and sensitive administrative items.
- →Plan and respond to all hazards, emergencies, coordinate emergency exercises, maintain emergency plans and databases, document reviews and ensure maintenance of emergency equipment.
Requirements

- ✓Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S.
- ✓Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- ✓This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S.
- ✓Federal or Military employee serving overseas.
- ✓Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
- ✓COMBINING QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: If you do not qualify based on experience or education alone, you may be able to qualify based on a combination of your experience and education.
