This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), St. Louis Division. This position(s) primary purpose is to perform a wide range of administrative support functions to the Outlying Office (OO) and Division.
What You'll Do
- →As a Mission and Operational Support Specialist, your typical work assignments may include: Develops correspondence on behalf personnel and management, compiling reports and other pertinent information regarding administrative operations within the OO.
- →Serves as a liaison and expert in administrative operations, procedures, and requirements sufficient to advice OO personnel in all administrative matters.
- →Processes transactions using established procedures and records their allocation on DEA forms.
- →Ensures all sensitive equipment, records, and items are stored and secured in the appropriate physical location with the office.
