The primary purpose of this position is: To assist the Commander in analyzing, planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and controlling programs, activities and operations primarily specific to the military personnel and alternately to civilian personnel assigned to AF/SE and Headquarters Air Force Safety Center (HQ AFSEC).
What You'll Do
- →Serves as AF/SE and HQ AFSEC Military Personnel Program Administrator and plans all aspects of special military personnel programs.
- →Analyzes plans, organizes, coordinates, directs, programs and controls programs, activities and operations specific to the military personnel assigned to AF/SE and HQ AFSEC and administers special personnel programs and their interrelationships with other programs.
- →Conducts qualitative and quantitative analyses of program provisions and operations; compiles statistical data; and maintains documentation relating to control of resources of AF/SE and HQ AFSEC.
- →Performs Duties as Human Resource Liaison: Employee is responsible for developing local administrative guidelines, regulations and instructions for the conduct of assigned programs.
