Puget Sound Medical Center is looking to fill a Medical Support Assistant position at the main campus for the Emergency Department working on various shifts of 1030-1900 Mon-Fri, 0700-1530 Sun-Thur, and 1530-2400 Mon-Fri The list generated from this announcement can be used up to 90 days to fill any additional vacancies that may arise.
What You'll Do
- →VA Careers - Medical Support Assistant: https://youtube.com/embed/EE9c4XkaELo Total Rewards of a Allied Health Professional The incumbent serves as a Medical Support Assistant at Puget Sound HCS, Seattle Division under the Health Administration Services (HAS) Service Line.
- →Duties will be performed in the Emergency Department, Wound Clinic, IV Clinic, and Hospital Wards.
- →The incumbent performs duties related to scheduling, front desk support, and a variety of administrative duties to meet the needs of clinical staff and department services.
- →The incumbent will interface with personal computer (PC) applications as well as numerous Vista applications.
- →GS-5: This is the full performance level MSA position.
- →The MSA is responsible for scheduling appointments in accordance with national scheduling guidelines, including interpreting and verifying provider orders.
