About the Position: These positions are located at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital's medical treatment facilities in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the initial point of contact, welcoming and assisting patients both in person and by phone.
- →Performs receptionist, recordkeeping and miscellaneous clerical duties such as entering and retrieving information from automated systems.
- →Coordinates and/or schedules patient appointments with other clinics or specialties.
- →Maintains electronic and paper patient records with accurate patient and provider identifiers on every entry.
- →Provides patients, family members, caregivers, and healthcare personnel with information about the practice, clinic, and hospital policies, procedures, and locations.
