About the Position: The position is located at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital in Fort Campbell, Tennessee. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the initial point of contact, welcoming and assisting patients both in person and by phone.
- →Perform receptionist, recordkeeping and miscellaneous clerical duties such as entering and retrieving information from automated systems.
- →Coordinate and/or schedule patient appointments with other clinics or specialties.
- →Maintain electronic and paper patient records with accurate patient and provider identifiers on every entry.
- →Provide patients, family members, caregivers, and healthcare personnel with information about the practice, clinic, and hospital policies, procedures, and locations.
