About the Position: This position is with the Defense Health Agency, Defense Health Network East. It is located within the Directorate of Resource Management at Martin Army Community Hospital located on Fort Benning, Georgia. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the initial point of contact to greet and receive patients telephonically.
- →Perform the full range of receptionist, record keeping, and miscellaneous clerical duties within the call center setting.
- →Maintain patients' electronic records, according to regulations ensuring each entry contains proper patient and health care provider identification.
- →Coordinate and/or schedules patient appointments with clinics or specialties.
- →Ensure eligibility for care, and contacts Patient Administration for verification.
