About the Position: Serves as a Medical Support Assistant (Office Automation) performing duties in support of the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) and its geographic area of responsibility. This position is located with the Fox Army Health Center SSO Stand-Alone MTF Redstone Arsenal, AL. Occupational Health Clinic, office work environment, Hours are 0730-1600 Monday-Friday. Applicant will be expected to operate in a high paced front desk clerical role. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Perform the full range of receptionist, recordkeeping and miscellaneous clerical duties within the MTF.
- →Enter, manipulate and retrieve information and data from automated systems.
- →Maintain and monitor patient appointment or admission schedules.
- →Coordinate and/or schedules patient services with other MTF departments or specialties.
- →Respond to emergency calls and notifies emergency medical personnel.
