About the Position: This position is located at General Leonard Wood Community Hospital's Social Work/Mental Health Services in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Perform the full range of receptionist, record keeping and miscellaneous clerical duties within the ambulatory setting.
- →Enter, manipulate and/or retrieve information and data from automated systems as appropriate to the area assigned.
- →Receive patients and visitors as the initial point of contact, in person or telephonically.
- →Monitor and manage the messaging system at the clinic/practice level.
- →Maintain all patients' records, both electronic and paper, according to regulation ensuring each entry contains proper patient and health care provider identification.
- →Perform clerical duties inherent to the in processing (reception), care and out processing (transition) of outpatients, families/caregivers and guests.
