About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Provide information regarding the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) and unit policies, procedures, and location to patients, family members, staff, etc.
- →Coordinate and/or schedule patient services with other Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) departments or specialties.
- →Obtain identifying information and determines the nature of the visit or admission.
- →Perform quality assurance monitoring, using appropriate tools regarding completion and contents of patients' record.
- →File original medical documentation in the patients' record, and copies of medical documentation into research files as necessary.
