About the Position : This position is located at Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center on Fort George G Meade, BLDG 2480, Radiology Department. Work Hours from 0700 to 1530 Monday-Friday. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
What You'll Do
- →Perform the full range of receptionist and clerical duties.
- →Retrieve information and data from automated systems as needed.
- →Maintain patient appointment or admission schedules.
- →Receive patients and visitors as the initial point of contact.
- →Monitor the messaging system at the department.
- →Maintain patients' records, both electronic and paper.
- →Respond to emergency calls.
