About the Position: These position are located at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Perform the full range of receptionist, recordkeeping and miscellaneous clerical duties.
- →Receive patients and visitors as the initial point of contact, in person or telephonically.
- →Obtain identifying information and determines the nature of the visit/call.
- →Ensure eligibility for care, and contacts Patient Administration for verification.
- →Schedule, maintain, and monitor patient appointment schedules for the clinic/practice.
