About the Position: This is a Medical Support Assistant (Office Automation) position located at Naval Station Complex in San Diego, California. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Perform the full range of receptionist, recordkeeping and miscellaneous clerical duties within the medical treatment facility.
- →Maintain and monitor patient appointment or admission schedules for the assigned area.
- →Monitor and communicate delays in scheduled care to the appropriate staff and patients.
- →Maintain all patients' records according to regulations, ensuring each entry contains proper patient and health care provider identification.
- →Resolve complaints of a local administrative nature and refer other complaints to the appropriate authorities.
