About the Position: This position is located at the 42nd Medical Group, Maxwell Air Force Base. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Perform the full range of receptionist, recordkeeping, and miscellaneous clerical duties within the Medical Treatment Facility.
- →Enter, manipulate, and/or retrieve information and data from automated systems as appropriate to the area assigned.
- →Receive patients and visitors as the initial point of contact, in person or telephonically.
- →Monitor and manage the messaging system at the department/unit level.
- →Maintain and monitor patient appointment or admission schedules or the assigned area.
