About the Position: This position is with the Defense Health Agency, Defense Health Network East. It is located within the Defense Health Agency, Martin Army Community Hospital. Directorate of Radiology Nuclear Medicine at Martin Army Community Hospital located on Fort Benning, Georgia. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the initial point of contact to greet and receive patients telephonically.
- →Perform the full range of receptionist, record keeping, and miscellaneous clerical duties within the call center setting.
- →Maintain patients' electronic records, according to regulations ensuring each entry contains proper patient and health care provider identification.
- →Coordinate and/or schedules patient appointments with clinics or specialties.
- →Ensure eligibility for care, and contacts Patient Administration for verification.
