About the Position: This position is located in the Department of Mental Health at Womack Army Medical Center At Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the initial point of contact to greet and receive patients telephonically.
- →Perform the full range of receptionist, record keeping, and miscellaneous clerical duties within the call center setting.
- →Maintain patients' electronic records, according to regulation ensuring each entry contains proper patient and health care provider identification.
- →Coordinate and/or schedules patient appointments with clinics or specialties.
- →Ensure eligibility for care, and contacts Patient Administration for verification
