About the Position: This position is located in the Occupational Medicine Department at Naval Medical Clinic Cherry Point, NC. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
What You'll Do
- →Receive consultations and appointment requests from multiple clinical sites Provide education and assistance to patients and visitors throughout the facility.
- →Maintain schedules of patients and providers in the department.
- →Route referrals and other correspondence to the proper source.
- →Generate reports to support process improvement in the clinic.
- →Manage patient records to ensure accuracy.
