About the Role
This position is located in the laboratory department at the Pawnee Indian Health Center in Pawnee, Oklahoma. The purpose of this position is to perform medical and clerical support duties to assist the laboratory department. This position reports to the departmental supervisor. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
What You'll Do
- →Initiates and performs a wide variety of administrative and clerical functions to support in coordinating patient activities.
- →Maintains and updates patient records.
- →Greets and receives patients, answers telephone calls, and takes and relays messages or makes referral to medical personnel, patients, and family members.
- →Prepares correspondence, runs reports, and prints documents.
- →Maintains and safeguards record confidentiality and medical information for assigned area.

Requirements
