About the Position: This position is located at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the installation’s primary point of contact for exceptional Family Member Program–Medical (EFMP-M) and Family Member Travel Screening (FMTS) programs Identify conditions that may require enrollment into the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP).
- →Review electronic health records for potential travel concerns such as medical, behavioral health, or dental needs.
- →Ensure military families with special medical or educational needs are properly supported and cleared during Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves.
- →Coordinate patient care needs with the gaining medical authority overseas.
- →Prepares correspondence and manages automated office systems
