About the Position: This position is located in the Medical Records Department on the first floor of the Fox Army Health Center. The hours of work are 0730-1600. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Perform a variety of administrative functions associated with health information including reviewing for completeness and consistency.
- →Maintain medical records ensuring all necessary forms and documents are present, accurate, and complete in accordance with various current regulatory requirements.
- →Analyze medical records in order to select and compile only necessary and pertinent information.
- →Perform duties related to the receipt and electronic scanning of health and administrative documents.
- →Process request for information while ensuring strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines, Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, and any/all legal guidelines
