About the Position: This position is located within Blanchfield Army Community Hospital's Patient Administration Office. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Performs a variety of administrative functions associated with health information including reviewing for completeness, consistency, accuracy, and use of accepted terminology.
- →Determines eligibility treatment status for all personnel requesting health care services, including the military services, federal agencies, congressional, Red Cross, Public Health and Foreign Military.
- →Provides information on eligibility status and requirements to patients in order to create appropriate medical records.
- →Conducts analysis of medical records and quality assurance studies to gather information and statistics.
- →Inputs data into the automated systems and compile reports for management use.
