About the Position: Serves as a Medical Evaluation Board Assistant within a Medical Treatment Facility, responsible for coordinating and carrying out theadministrative functions that support the Medical Evaluation Board process. Located at ARMY MEDICAL CENTER EISENHOWER - Fort Gordon, GA.
What You'll Do
- →Perform administrative processing, coordination, and tracking of all actions required for Soldiers undergoing evaluation throughthe Army Disability Evaluation System.
- →Develop macro enabled spreadsheets to update, revise, and retrieve information for routine and special reporting requirements.
- →Request medical records and searches for misplaced records to ensure availability for patient care and Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) processing.
- →Serve as a patient liaison between Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) staff and physicians at other Department of Defense medical facilities requesting specialty care in support of the MEB process.
