About the Position: This position is located in the Madigan Army Medical Center - Supply Chain Management, Tacoma, Washington. What You'll Do
- →Maintains production reports and records.
- →Ensures that stored medical supplies are properly identified, located, stored, cared for, inspected and retained in ready-for-use condition.
- →Ensures security procedures are maintained for the handling and storage of sensitive medical items such as drugs, needles, etc.
- →Coordinates and manages the medical HAZMAT/Waste for both the hospital and installation.
- →Validates, certifies, and coordinates the transportation and shipping of hazardous medical materiel and items requiring cold chain management.
- →Participates in initial planning of work schedules, budget requests, staffing needs, and other similar estimates.
