This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas.
What You'll Do
- →Locate and assemble stock for both external and internal customers for shipment, assuring outgoing items are properly marked, tagged, or labeled.
- →Operate pallet jack as appropriate for various tasks such as loading and unloading the vehicles.
- →Verify items against documents for correct quantity, condition, stock number and nomenclatures and inputs/confirms information.
- →Sort and process all material from the Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF), outlying clinics and activities for turn-ins to appropriate agency for disposition.
- →Load and unload trucks, assuring that cargo is properly located, distributed, and secured in the vehicle for balance and stability.
