You will serve as a MARINE MACHINERY MECHANIC SUPERVISOR I in the Mechanical Shop (Code 930), Production Resources Department Manager (Code 901), Production Resources Department (Code 900) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for the quantity and quality of the work performed by subordinates, applying expert knowledge of the methods, techniques, processes, procedures, tools, materials, and practices of the marine machinery mechanic trade.
- →You will be responsible for carrying out EEO policies and communicating support of these policies to subordinates and coordinate efforts with EEO official during the development and execution of policies civilian personnel.
- →You will assure equality in determining qualifications, selections, assignments, training, promotions, details, discipline and awards to employees.
