What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive short and long term logistics strategies for the Energetics Manufacturing Technology Department.
- →You will oversee explosives transportation both on and off station, including OCONUS movements, as well as warehousing and inventory management.
- →You will ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulations, including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) standards, OP-5, Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- →You will prepare and manage division level budgets.
- →You will ensure alignment with organizational goals, succession planning, recruitment, training, leadership, and mentoring of subordinate team members, and fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
- →You will cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and General-level officers, to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- →You will monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process optimizations to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
