You will serve as a Management Support Specialist in the Material Science and Compenent Tech Directorate, Code 610200 of NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY.
What You'll Do
- →You will manage the division level databases and compile and distribute reports on proposed program goals, budgets, and staffing levels for upper management.
- →You will track funding and budget information.
- →You will prepare, gather and analyze relevant qualitative and quantitative data to respond to data calls and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership utilizing data-related deliverables.
- →You will work closely with division leadership and assist where needed to ensure continuity of business operations in the division.
- →You will assist the Administrative Officer with onboarding and offboarding all government, military, and contractor employees.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Bachelor's Degree OR 4 full years of post-high school education leading to a Bachelor's degree OR Combination of education and experience totaling 100% of the general experience A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
