You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Position Management Branch of the Program Planning and Review Division of the Business and Strategic Planning Department of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will assist in the management of a combination of support functions to include the planning and implementation of improved organizational structures, management studies and analysis.
- →You will provide overall position management support to Position Manager.
- →You will assist the Position Manager in coordination and communication with Coe 1102, Human Resources Office (HRO) and Fleet Forces Command (FFC).
- →You will provide support with analysis of organizational administrative and personnel processes and procedures.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR Possession of an LL.M. that is related to this position being filled.
