What You'll Do
- →The following are the duties of this position at the full working level.
- →If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position.
- →Accomplishes various analytical studies and/or projects to resolve substantive problems or improve effectiveness and efficiency of operating line or administrative support programs.
- →Prepares action plans and schedules for project accomplishment, both short and long-range; ensures that plans are consistent with Service goals, schedules, and policies.
- →Conducts in-depth analyses of project data, requirements, and impact; identifies problem areas and determines how to resolve them.
- →Performs complex operational reviews, prepares comprehensive program analyses/evaluations, and/or provides guidelines pertaining to the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals and objectives.
- →Prepares feasibility studies, directives, memoranda, policy statements, written guidelines and recommendations, oral and written presentations, and/or conducts briefings to communicate findings, advice and recommendations, implementation plans, directives, and guidelines to managers and executives.

Requirements
- ✓Probationary Period - A person who is required to go through a probationary period and then is transferred, promoted, demoted, or reassigned before he or she completes such period is required to complete the remainder of the probationary period in the new position.
