What You'll Do
- →As a Management and Program Analyst, GS-12 you will perform the following duties: Conduct analytical studies and evaluations to assess and improve the effectiveness of agency programs, operations, and management processes.
- →Serve as ICE's internal communication point of contact.
- →Design and conduct management studies to address specific program challenges.
- →Identify performance indicators, designing data collection methodologies, and applying statistical techniques to evaluate program outcomes.
- →Apply this knowledge to support the evaluation of program activities and identify opportunities for resource optimization.
- →Monitor emerging trends and developments in program management and evaluation to ensure the agency remains responsive to changing priorities and challenges.
