Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, Grand Forks Sector, Law Enforcement Operational Programs, located in Grand Forks, ND. Additional selections may be made to include other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.
What You'll Do
- →This position starts at a salary of $89,508.00 (GS-12, Step 1) to $116,362.00 (GS-12, Step 10).
- →As a Management and Program Analyst, you will serve as a key advisor to sector management and will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis and evaluation of major segments of the sector's administrative and budgetary programs.
- →Typical duties and responsibilities include: Enhancing operational effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
- →Independently planning and conducting special studies, leading or coordinating team projects.
- →Providing advice and technical support to management in the evaluation and implementation of policies.
- →Overseeing workforce and budgetary analysis, including cost projections, trend analysis, and program utilization metrics.

Requirements
