As a Management and Program Analyst, you will implement, coordinate, and analyze a variety of management programs, prepare and provide briefings and presentations, and develop and evaluate policies.
What You'll Do
- →The responsibilities described are for the full performance level.
- →At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope performed with less independence, and limited complexity.
- →Implementing, coordinating, and overseeing a major segment of a department-wide mission or administrative program.
- →Plans, conducts, or participates in special studies or task forces, provides assistance to other USCIS components.
- →Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring sophisticated management information systems that focus on long and short range plans.
- →Conducts complex analytical evaluations, creation and management of new and existing databases.
- →Develops and evaluates policies in assigned program areas, takes or recommends actions to achieve organizational objectives and recommends future program objectives and improvements.
- →Develops and maintains operational and comprehensive reports, addressing elements such as work measurement, fraud trend analysis, efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and data quality reviews Serves as the local technical expert on analytical and nationwide systems related to case management and processing.

- ✓This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S.
- ✓Federal or Military employee serving overseas.
- ✓Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
- ✓EDUCATIONAL SUBSTITUTION: There is no educational substitution at these grade levels.
