As a Management and Program Analyst, you will provide guidance, workload management and expertise on contracting systems and databases that allow contracting staff to plan, award, and administer high quality contracts.
What You'll Do
- →Responsible for management of procurement related systems and is a focal point for issues affecting programs such as Salesforce, contracting servers, SharePoint, and the Procurement Request Information System Management (PRISM).
- →Develop and administer databases which are used to contain contracting data sets for mission critical reporting requirements.
- →Responsible for reporting and analysis of statistical data relating to the organization's operations.
- →Ensures that accurate, appropriately concise and timely information is available to management and policy officials.
- →Represents the organization at meetings and conferences as directed by supervisor.
Requirements
- ✓Conditions of Employment: You must be a U.S.
- ✓Citizen or U.S.
- ✓Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S.
- ✓Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- ✓This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S.
- ✓Federal or Military employee serving overseas.
- ✓Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
- ✓EDUCATIONAL SUBSTITUTION: There is no educational substitution at this grade level.
