You will serve as the Director for Manpower and Personnel in the, Personnel Directorate, N1 of COMMANDER SUBMARINE FORCE PACIFIC.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for administering manpower and budget programs and supervising the Force Individual Augmentation program.
- →You will act as a liaison between staff and upper management, delegate work, monitor progress, and serve as a technical advisor.
- →You will conduct studies and analyses of military end-strength programs to ensure they align with manpower requirements.
- →You will oversee the administration of civilian personnel manning, including classification, placement, performance management, award and recognition, and workforce development.
- →You will apply position management principles and techniques to help select, place, and develop employees.
