You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the NAVAL FOUNDRY & PROPELLER CENTER of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as an advisor to the Supervisory Administrative Support Specialist on both administrative and management matters relating to the accomplishment, coordination and disposition of a variety of substantive staff actions and assignments.
- →You will carry out high priority assignments, studies and projects personally assigned by the Executive Director or senior Department managers on a wide variety of sensitive and confidential matters.
- →You will perform high-level analytical, evaluative, and coordinative work associated with a wide range of management topics and issues as they relate to mission, functions, policies, programs and operations.
- →You will perform input, retrieval, and analysis of the data to process and validate data for timely and accurate reporting of all actions.
- →You will prepare reference and background information needed by the performance panel for the panel meetings.
- →You will review any new and modified Human Resources (HR) directives, policies, procedures, requirements, and will brief management on significant changes.
- →You will independently design, produce and coordinate metrics for the organization.
- →You will perform other related duties as assigned.
