What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for the planning, direction, and implementation of Manpower Programs to include the full range of management analysis services and work products.
- →You will analyze human resources requirements and capabilities for current and projected workloads; track authorized and assigned workforce; keeps management informed of workforce authorization issues.
- →You will establish, define, and implement requirements for personnel programs to ensure operations are in line with regulatory and fiscal requirements, support goals, and mission requirements.
- →You will prepare and deliver oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, and consultations with staff to resolve controversial matters and convey information.
Requirements
- ✓At a minimum, all CES employees in the Professional Work Category require a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- ✓Some groups in this category, however, may have a positive education requirement that cannot be replaced with experience, such as a requirement for a particular type or level of an academic degree.
