You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the ADMINISTRATION AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
What You'll Do
- →You will plan and develop new processes and methods for implementing management policies and controls.
- →You will conduct analyses of individual programs, functions, and organizations, and assist with coordinating Tables of Organization (T/O) policy working groups.
- →You will gather data from sources inside and outside of USMC to support the development of management studies.
- →You will resolve audit and inspection activities for an agency program and develop improved procedures, such as internal and external controls, to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse.
- →You will coordinate hiring actions with human resources, fiscal departments, and organizations within HQMC to ensure T/O structure exists prior to hiring actions take place.
Requirements
- ✓GS-11 In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
