Please see Additional Information section below.*** You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMMAND ANALYTICS OFFICE of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. This position is also subject to a Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) currently set at 11.88%. COLA is subject to change without notice.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a management analyst that develops, implements, and monitors utilization of resources for programs supporting the NAVFAC Business Directorate mission.
- →You will will identify and develop key performance indicators and associated metrics to assess program and project effectiveness.
- →You will will perform budget, financial, and resource analysis and provide recommendations to support cost comparison and or benefits of current or projected programs.
- →You will be responsible for conducting data trend analyses, strategic planning initiatives, knowledge management, and process improvements to provide avenues for significant efficiencies and effective results within the enterprise.
- →You will create reports, charts and graphs to display metrics and critical information.
- →You will work with other Echelon II commands to request additional funds, and return funds when necessary.
