About the Position: This position is for a Management Analyst for the Defense Medical Human Resource System internet (DMHRSI) and Medical Expense and Performance Reporting System (MEPRS). The role involves analyzing and managing cost and manpower data, ensuring data accuracy within the systems, and serving as a point of information for system requirements and procedures.
What You'll Do
- →Collect, analyze, and process cost and manpower data to support the organization's resource management systems.
- →Manage and ensure the accuracy of human resources data within the DMHRSi system by regularly reviewing and correcting reports.
- →Serve as a primary point of contact for personnel, offering guidance and training on the correct use of the timekeeping and resource management systems.
- →Generate and distribute regular (bi-weekly, monthly) and ad-hoc reports to department chiefs and leadership to inform data-based decision-making.
- →Collaborate with various departments, such as Human Resources and IT, to resolve system issues, correct data discrepancies, and ensure smooth operations.
