What You'll Do
- →Serves as point of contact for information regarding management status reporting requirements and human resources management compliance.
- →Conducts studies of various functions, obtaining, compiling, analyzing, evaluating, and synthesizing information to recommend improvements.
- →Serves as liaison for management/employee relations, workmen's compensation, and employee benefit actions.
- →Provides regulatory interpretation, guidance, and assistance regarding such things as authorized leave, work schedules, computation of service dates, retirement benefits, awards, health and life insurance benefits, and on-the-job inquiries.
- →Analyzes and interprets Human Resources guidance to advise management and employees of the legal, regulatory and policy guidelines as it relates to the areas of staffing, classification, and compensation.
- →Ensures management and all levels of personnel are kept informed of new or changed guidance, procedures, and policies.
- →Provides advice and assistance for manpower management functions.
- →Plans, organizes, and advises on reorganizations, realignments, and other manpower actions.
