What You'll Do
- →Leads NA-8 maintenance workers in carrying out the assigned work as provided by the supervisor.
- →Performs the day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, related fixtures, utilities, and equipment throughout the organization.
- →Assists the supervisor in preparation of daily, weekly or monthly work schedules and ensures its compliance.
- →Assists with the ordering of materials and equipment as needed.
- →Updates progress of daily operation.
- →Instruct subordinates in procedures.
- →Provides advice, explains the work assignments and requirements.
- →Provides recommendations for preparing with performance appraisals, interviews, counseling, awards, and requests for training as needed.
- →Attends educational and training programs and meetings.
- →Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy.
- →Assists customers and communicates positively in a friendly manner.
- →Takes action to solve problems quickly.
- →Alerts the higher-level supervisor, or proper point of contact for help when problems arise.
- →Adheres to safety regulations and standards.
