This position is located with Sports and Fitness on Fort Wainwright, AK. Up to 25% recruitment and/or retention incentive may be paid (service agreement required). Recruitment incentives are applicable to newly hired individuals and rehired individuals (i.e., one being reinstated or re-employed after a break in service of at least 1 year). Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
What You'll Do
- →Performs both daily and annual inspections and maintenance of the refrigeration system's specialized compressor, water purification, and refrigeration-system equipment.
- →Operates Zamboni Ice Resurfacing Machine and is responsible for scheduling annual maintenance and services.
- →Responsible for the maintenance of the Sports program's softball, soccer, and football fields, to include the development and maintenance of specialized athletic turf and other related field surfaces.
- →Coordinates with supervisor for ordering all required supplies/equipment required to maintain indoor and outdoor operations.
